Yoga instruction for ducks. Follow these simple moves to increase flexibility, improve breathing and strengthen the body.

As a middle aged duck I have on several occasions endeavored to incorporate the yoga practice into my personal exercise regimen. Often times ending in an embarrassing twist of knotted limbs and facial expressions that resemble severely wounded animals. A relaxed and flowing practitioner of the ancient art has the advantage of flexibility and expanded breathing capacities. I however appear to be more of a red faced flightless bird gasping it’s last breath. And so, in an effort to edify the general duck public on proper form I offer the following illustrations.
